Java

Strength

Target Heart Rate Zone
The number of heartbeats per minute reflecting the exercise intesity that gains the maxium training benefits from an aerobic workout. The formula for obtaining a target heart rate equals 220 minues your age, times 60% - 85%, depending on the individuals fitness goals and physical condition. Also referred to as Training Heart Rate Zone
Threshold
The heart rate at which lactic acid begins to build up faster than you can break it down. You should do the bulk of your training at just below that level.
Timed Repeats
