The Cascade Club is managed by Seara Management Associates Ltd (SMA) which is wholly owned subsidiary of Sports Engineering and Recreation Asia Ltd.(Seara). Seara specializes in the design, planning, development, and operation of spas, health facilities, family recreation clubs, leisure, and hospitality facilities. The principal shareholders of SMA have over fifty years of experience in Asia in financial planning, club development, management, and the planning and marketing of recreational facilities in real estate developments.
