POWER YOGA
Based on Ashtanga yoga, power yoga focuses on creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom within the body and mind. It helps to invigorate the body, strengthen the weak areas and release the tight ones. Emphasizing proper form while executing Yoga poses as well as perfecting it by holding the pose longer, you will improve your endurance and flexibility. Power yoga energizes the mind and provides a safe, controlled environment for working on balancing, healing and self-discipline.
LAMA YOGA
Stems from Kundalini Yoga so the poses are gentle and smooth with a large focus on breathing, personal healing and concentrated efforts to generate power from within. Kundalini is the potential form of prana lying within everyone towards the base of the spine. When prana can be activated, life energy flows easily through the body and gives participants a feeling of stillness, calmness and confidence.

Known as the Yoga of Postures this is probably the most widely known and popular branch of yoga. Physical poses (Asana) and breathing techniques (Pranayama) are developed to perfect the body and enhance the mind.
TIBETAN YOGA

FUSION YOGA
Hatha Yoga is the base of our Fusion Yoga class with other disciplines added for variety. Some Ashtanga Yoga movements create a continuous flow of energy, which at times can be quite athletic. Tibetan Yoga is also added for postural purposes and protecting the back line while meditation elements of Kundalini Yoga are also mixed in to relax the body and develop deep breathing patterns.
CASCADE CANDLES
