PILATES MAT CLASSES

Classes focus on Pilates essentials with attention to quality, breath, and proper body alignment with modifications and variations depending on your level of experience. PILATES REFORMER CLASSES
Improve your overall muscle tone, strength, flexibility, coordination and heighten your mind-body awareness. Beginner, intermediate and open level classes are 60 minutes and limited to 6 participants. Please call 02 676 6969 to register for class.

PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
