The Cascade Club offers a variety of Pilates and Yoga classes for members to heighten their body-mind awareness, increase core strength and flexibility, and improve health and functioning of the entire body.

Pilates and Yoga

Beginner and intermediate mat and reformer group classes are offered throughout the week and we will open advanced level classes upon request. We also have a private studio for those who prefer one to one training and those requiring special needs. Internationally certified instructors, trained to work with people of all ages, different fitness levels, and varied physical abilities, will guide you through group and private sessions using the reformer, Cadillac, spine corrector, ladder barrel, foam roller and balls. Pilates and Yoga


Members will also find a diverse selection of yoga styles to meet everyones needs. Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga, Lama yoga, Tibetan yoga, Fusion yoga and Power yoga run 60 to 75 minutes long and aim to heal and improve mental and physical wellbeing.
