From mat Pilates throught advanced reformer instruction, Cascade Club Pilates uses holistic approaches towards improved posture, flexibility, and improved core strength. Members enjoy these classes in the dedicated Pilates Studio or in the Group Studio.
Cascade Club Yoga from various disciplines is featured at convenient times throughout the day and weekends to better meet members' needs for stretching, deep breathing, flexibility and stress relief.

Cascade Club Personal Instruction & Training Programs
Cascade Club features ACE accredited personal traininers to assist and motivate members through their own Personal Path program, specific training and health goals, assisted stretching and flexibility programs, cardiovascular and strength goals, weight loss programs, and sport specific training.
